Marshmallow Delight is a handcrafted confectionery business based in Ballarat, Victoria. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and any details or reference images you choose to share. When you place an order through our online shop, that provider collects the information needed to process your purchase and payment.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, quote and fulfil your order, and to keep in touch about that order. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Third parties we use
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to us by our third-party form handler, Formspree. Online orders and payments are processed by Square, which handles payment details directly under its own privacy terms. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Storage and security
Enquiry and order records are kept only as long as we need them for our business and tax obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including limiting who can view enquiry records.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by sending us a message through the enquiry form on our homepage. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
